More fun family previews!

This month has been crazy busy with some fabulous shoots.  I can't wait to share but I'm a bit behind on blogging...sorry everyone!  To kick off a serious of posts and previews, here is a peek at the Miller/Smith and the Kearby/Parrott families!

Summersville Lake Family Vacation

Two weeks ago Matt and I met my family at Summersville Lake in West Virginia for one of the most relaxing vacations yet.  We spent almost every day and evening on the boat, did some cliff jumping, skiing, tubing and whitewater rafting.  A great time!  The house was perfect - around the corner from the lake and complete with a huge hot tub.  Who gets back from a full day in the sun and hops right into a 104 degree tub?  Lindsey.  Everyday.  She lived in there.

Sisterly Love - sneak peek

I had a great time shooting with Matt and Tricia's girls last weekend.  The kids were adorable and were so curious about their surroundings which made the shots interesting!

A bit of Emily

Emily, a super talented columbus-area native is taking steps early in life towards a career in stardom (i think...but she'd be more modest about it!).  Regardless, she called me to work on some early portfolio-type pieces.  This was round one and focused more on getting headshots. We started at Innis and took the shoot to industrial/corp park for a change of scenery.  Here are the Innis shots and the corp park pics are coming soon!  

We had a blast.  Isn't she gorgeous???

Jeff and Amy's outdoor wedding

I'm very excited to finally be sharing Jeff and Amy's beautiful wedding.  What a lovely and heartfelt day it was.  Everything went smoothly, despite the storms that blew through (and luckily ended just as the ceremony was ready to start!)

Chuck and Kim

I had the opportunity to shoot Chuck and Kim last week at the Park of Roses.  We snuck into some super tall weeds (Kim in heals...what a trooper!) and caught some gorgeous lighting.  My favorite part was finding this ratty old picnic table in the middle of the weeds.  It was meant to be in our pics:)  

Seriously though...aren't they adorable?  

Chuck and Kim - you guys look amazing and I had a great time with you guys.  It was a privilege being your photographer!

Bob and Annie's family

What a fun shoot with Bob and Annie's family last week!  Their sons Mark and Scott were there with their adorable kids and beautiful wives.  The weather was great and everyone was smiling.  I think we discovered a model lives within Olivia.  Her chosen reward for being good was a picture all by herself.  She was posing left and right waiting for me to snap a pic.  I need to take this girl out more often!
